Ingredients

240 g flour*

1.5 packets baking* powder

60 g butter*

Pinch* of salt*

30 g sugar

150 ml milk

 

Cooking instructions

1)      Mix* the flour, baking powder and salt

2)      Mix in the butter, sugar and milk.

3)      Pat* the pastry to 2 centimetres thick*.

4)      With a glass*, cut into circles. Brush* with milk.

5)      Put on a greased* baking tray. Cook *for 12-15 minutes at 225°C. Serve with butter and jam*.
